Respect for Intellectual Property

Intelligaia takes the issue of IP rights very seriously. We sign NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) with our clients and do not disclose the terms and conditions to any other company.

We maintain a strict confidentiality policy. We greatly value intellectual property and treat all proprietary information of clients as strictly confidential. Piracy is a serious problem in many outsourcing hotspots. Though Intelligaia has never been involved in any type of dispute involving IP rights, we take a proactive approach in preventing IP theft and fraud to protect our customers and their organization. We also place emphasis on making data secure. Data like Social Security Number, Credit card numbers are stored in an encrypted form so that the data cannot be misused.
