Understanding culture

The world is shrinking and everybody is interconnected. Thomas Friedman in his book "The World is Flat" says that Columbus found out that the world is round and when Friedman came to India, he discovered that the world is flat. He was amazed at the entrepreneurial skills that were available on every street corner in India.

When Intelligaia develops software for our clients based in USA, we understand that there are cultural differences and we work consciously at working in an ethical and conscientious manner.

We have Project Managers who have received their education outside India and have also worked in USA. The knowledge they have gathered during their sojourn there is put into effective use while working with our customers.
