We are looking for a Project Manager who can drive AI-focused projects with precision, clarity, and innovation. This role calls for a balance of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and people leadership.
What you'll do
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment on project objectives.
Share daily/weekly progress reports tailored to different stakeholders (clients, leadership, internal team).
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across Data Science, Engineering, and Design to deliver seamless AI solutions.
Ensure project deliverables are met on time while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Anticipate potential risks, roadblocks, and dependencies; take proactive measures to mitigate them.
Present project progress and outcomes confidently to clients using technical language, data insights, and visual storytelling.
Guide and motivate teams to stay focused, collaborative, and innovative throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and maintain structured documentation, workflows, and knowledge repositories.
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
4+ years of experience managing projects.
Proven experience in managing AI-driven projects end-to-end.
Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and platforms such as Claude, GPT, Replit, and other GenAI tools.
Strong prompt engineering and applied AI writing skills to maximize productivity and accuracy.
Deep understanding of technical flows, system architectures, and integrations.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills; ability to adjust tone for technical vs. business audiences.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools.
Preferred skills
Ability to mentor team members on AI adoption, compliance and best practices.
Awareness of the latest trends in AI, data, and product design.
