Should be able to articulate requirements in Features > Epics > User Stories > tasks.
Experience working with design systems (Having experience in creating a design system from grounds up is a plus).
Collaborate on cross-functional teams with Intelligaia and clients to gather requirements and sketch/wireframe design solutions.
Work independently/with a team to solve complex design problems and present multiple solutions/ideas.

Your qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in UX/UI design (preferably in an enterprise environment).

Should be able to translate user research/requirements into UI designs using Information Architecture and Customer Journey Maps (other design research methods like impact maps, persona creation).
Should be able to understand designing with data (for example, while designing a dashboard concept - you can visualize information in a meaningful way that fulfills user needs and business objectives).
Deep understanding of new design trends in CX Design and UX/UI Design.
Should be able to give examples of best design practices to support design solutions and ideas.
Preferred skills
