Full Job Description
  • Assist Project Managers in executing project plans by handling administrative responsibilities and coordination activities.

  • Organize, attend, and actively participate in meetings; ensure meeting agendas are clear and outcomes are documented.

  • Document key action items and follow up with teams to ensure accountability.

  • Communicate project requirements and updates to relevant departments and stakeholders through emails, calls, and online collaboration tools.

  • Prepare presentation decks and materials required for stakeholder and internal review meetings.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance presentation design and automate documentation processes.

  • Maintain effective project documentation including meeting notes, timelines, and reports.

  • Support timely tracking and communication of project requirements and progress.

  • Contribute to problem-solving discussions and ensure smooth task handovers across teams.

  • Use AI-based productivity tools to streamline task management and reporting.

  • everage MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project tracking systems to support reporting and coordination.

What you'll do
  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.

  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

  • Time management and organizational abilities to manage competing priorities.

  • Experience documenting project progress and decisions in a professional, structured manner.

  • Ability to work independently under the guidance of a Project Manager.

  • Familiarity with using AI tools for content creation, meeting summaries, and presentation enhancement.

Your qualifications
