Full Job Description
Assist Project Managers in executing project plans by handling administrative responsibilities and coordination activities.
Organize, attend, and actively participate in meetings; ensure meeting agendas are clear and outcomes are documented.
Document key action items and follow up with teams to ensure accountability.
Communicate project requirements and updates to relevant departments and stakeholders through emails, calls, and online collaboration tools.
Prepare presentation decks and materials required for stakeholder and internal review meetings.
Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance presentation design and automate documentation processes.
Maintain effective project documentation including meeting notes, timelines, and reports.
Support timely tracking and communication of project requirements and progress.
Contribute to problem-solving discussions and ensure smooth task handovers across teams.
Use AI-based productivity tools to streamline task management and reporting.
everage MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project tracking systems to support reporting and coordination.
What you'll do
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Time management and organizational abilities to manage competing priorities.
Experience documenting project progress and decisions in a professional, structured manner.
Ability to work independently under the guidance of a Project Manager.
Familiarity with using AI tools for content creation, meeting summaries, and presentation enhancement.
Your qualifications
