AI WORKFLOW AUDIT · FIXED SCOPE · FIXED FEE

Your firm already runs on AI.It’s just not organized.

98% of accounting firms now use AI, according to Karbon’s 2026 survey. What does it save your firm? The audit measures the workflows it touches. In three weeks, fixed fee, we find the hours you’re losing and hand you a roadmap for getting them back.

No pitch. Just diagnosis. If the audit isn’t worth it, we’ll tell you.

The everyday friction

Where the hours go

We audit the four workflows where firms your size lose the most time. You’ll recognize all of them.

Client document chase

Email follow-ups, disconnected portals, and staff hours spent asking for the same PBC lists.

The audit asks

Where does information go missing before work can begin?

The audit

Three weeks. One roadmap.
You keep everything.

Scroll through the weeks, or select a stage.

Find the work behind the work.

We inventory your workflows and count the hours: where work queues, where it is re-done, and where AI is already in the building unofficially.

The investment

$18,000to$45,000Fixed fee. Three weeks.

The fee is fixed before we start, scoped to your firm’s size and the workflows we map. No hourly billing, no scope-creep clause you need a lawyer to read.

Where does your firm sit?

Smaller team → typically the lower end of the range.

Your exact fee is confirmed on the scoping call. The audit stands alone. Implementation is a separate fixed-fee sprint, quoted after the audit, from the audit.

Vendor-neutral: we don’t resell software, so the roadmap’s build-versus-buy calls aren’t tilted.

We’re in the Triangle. Kickoff happens in your office, not over a Zoom link, and the follow-through happens the same way. We work with North Carolina firms first because we can actually sit down with them.

Let’s discuss your workflows

Contact our team to arrange a 20-minute scoping call. You describe the workflows; we tell you what we’d measure and what we’d expect to find. If we’re not the right fit, you leave with the two questions to ask any consultant.

Before we begin

A few practical questions.

Is our firm too small?

The audit is sized for 8–150 professionals. The scoping call establishes whether the work and likely value make it a fit for your team.

Do you replace our tools?

No. We audit what you already run. The roadmap makes a build-versus-buy call for each workflow. We stay out of the software resale business so the recommendation is independent.

What do we own afterward?

Everything — the map, the working proofs, the roadmap and the policy. If you hire us for implementation, the roadmap becomes the scope.

What about busy season?

The audit runs in three weeks and we schedule around your calendar. November–December and May–July are natural windows to consider.

Does this conflict with our IT team?

No. IT runs systems; we design the workflows and the adoption side. Your IT people are in the room, and the roadmap tells them what to execute.
